Shipping
All US orders ship free via standard shipping. Orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing
- Shipping is available to US addresses only
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@gap-tap.com with your order number
- We'll provide a return shipping address and instructions
- Ship the item back (return shipping is the customer's responsibility)
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Gap Tap arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@gap-tap.com with a photo of the issue within 30 days. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
